Originaly built as a Carnation Milk Company condensing factory. Today, a multi-use professional office building in downtown Mount Vernon, the heart of Skagit Valley.
Home of the iconic tulip smoke stack (visible from I-5), this building is a central piece of Mount Vernon history and culture.
Current tenants include alternative medicine, counseling services, physical therapy services, and public agency offices.

Skagit Riverwalk Park

Come and take a stroll on the Skagit River. Start on the south side of the bridge on the old boardwalk and continue under the Westside Bridge onto Phase I of the downtown revitalization. Continue to the south end of Kiwanis Park.
The City of Mount Vernon and the Mount Vernon Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce the Riverwalk Summer Concert Series. The concerts will be held every Thursday night beginning July 9ththrough the end of August on the brand new Skagit Riverwalk Park . The two hour concerts will begin at 6:00pm and feature a mix of family-friendly local and regional artists.

The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is one of the destination events for the Pacific Northwest, held from April 1-30. Every spring hundreds of thousands of people come to enjoy the celebration of spring as millions of tulips burst into bloom. As with all things governed by Mother Nature, the tulips bloom according to their own schedule sometime during the festival. The tulips allow us to share our corner of the world and showcase Skagit Valley agriculture.
